By accessing or using Habit Huddle, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.
If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the app.
2. User Accounts
- You must be at least 13 years of age to create an account.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
- You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
- You may delete your account at any time from Settings.
3. Acceptable Use
- Do not use the app for any unlawful or unauthorised purpose.
- Do not attempt to gain unauthorised access to other accounts or our systems.
- Do not interfere with or disrupt the app's operation or security.
- Do not reverse engineer, decompile, or reproduce any part of the app.
4. Content & Data
- You retain ownership of the habit data you create in Habit Huddle.
- Habits you share with friends may be visible to your connected friends.
- We may remove content that violates these Terms.
5. Service Availability
We strive to provide a reliable, continuously available service.
Features may be modified or discontinued with reasonable prior notice.
6. Account Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you materially breach these Terms.
You may close your account at any time from Settings, permanently deleting all associated data.
7. Disclaimer
Habit Huddle is provided as-is and as-available, without warranties of any kind.
We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
8. Changes to These Terms
We may revise these Terms at any time and will notify you of material changes through the app.
Continued use of Habit Huddle after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
